PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

This document constitutes an official public offer by Individual Entrepreneur Sergey Nikolaevich Fedyunov (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") to conclude a contract for the provision of services and/or sale of goods in accordance with Articles 437 and 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.​

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Offer outlines the procedure for purchasing goods and/or services on the website www.daniilantsiferov.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").​

1.2. The Buyer accepts the terms of this Offer in full from the moment an order is placed on the Website.​

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

2.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver goods and/or provide services to the Buyer in accordance with the terms set forth in this Offer.

2.2. The Buyer agrees to pay for the order and accept the goods/services as stipulated in this Offer.​

3. ORDERING AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

3.3. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally change the prices of goods and services without prior notice. However, such changes do not apply to orders that have already been placed and paid for.​

4. DELIVERY AND TRANSFER OF GOODS

4.1. Delivery is carried out in accordance with the terms specified on the Website.​

4.2. The Buyer agrees to accept the goods within the agreed timeframe.​

4.3. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer upon transfer of the goods to them.​

5. RETURNS AND WARRANTIES

5.1. The Buyer has the right to return goods in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.​

5.2. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided the goods retain their original condition and consumer properties.​

5.3. The Seller provides warranty obligations within the timeframes established by law.​

6. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

6.1. The Seller is not responsible for any losses incurred by the Buyer as a result of improper use of the goods.​

6.2. In the event of disputes, the parties agree to resolve them through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in court at the Seller's place of registration.​

7. PERSONAL DATA

7.1. By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

7.2. The Seller agrees not to disclose personal data to third parties without the Buyer's consent, except as required by law.​

8. FINAL PROVISIONS

8.1. This Offer is valid indefinitely unless otherwise specified on the Website.​

8.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the terms of this Offer, with such changes taking effect upon publication on the Website.​

8.3. The Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted the terms of this Offer.​
