When choosing to pay via PJSC SBERBANK’s payment system (entering your card details), you will be redirected to the secure payment gateway of PJSC SBERBANK. DELIVERY OPTIONS
Express courier delivery within Moscow: from 800 to 1500 RUB
You can choose a convenient delivery time. Delivery is available within the MKAD (Moscow Ring Road).
Delivery outside the MKAD: from 1500 to 3000 RUB.
Delivery across Russia is carried out by the CDEK courier service.
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch.
Options: courier delivery to your door or to a CDEK pick-up point.
Shipment tracking is available via SMS and tracking number.
International delivery is carried out by EMS courier service.
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days.
Delivery is made to the specified address.
Tracking is available via the shipment’s tracking number.
Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout, based on your location.
Orders are shipped only after full payment is received.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Order processing time depends on the store’s current workload and may take up to 2 business days (excluding the day the order is placed).
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
In case of order cancellation, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs based on the current regional tariff, as well as the cost of returning the goods to the seller.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
Please note that delivery to certain locations may not be available. For more information, please check the carrier’s website.
If you fail to collect your parcel, it will be returned to us. In this case, you will need to cover the return shipping cost and the cost of resending the order.
